I use a system of internal dowels and rigid base boards to keep the structure stable, which means you can confidently mix and match flavours—like a dense chocolate truffle base with a lighter pineapple top tier—so every guest gets a slice they enjoy. For grand occasions, a cake needs to do more than taste good; it needs to be the centerpiece of the room. My luxury and multi-tier cakes are designed with that in mind, using 100% eggless sponges that are sturdy enough for stacking but soft enough to melt in your mouth. ### The Engineering Behind the Beauty It is not just about stacking layers. Whether it is a two-tier anniversary cake or a sculpted theme cake, I treat every project like a mini construction site. I use food-grade dowels and internal supports to ensure the cake does not sag or lean, even during transport across Gurgaon. ### Custom Flavours and Design Why settle for one flavour? With my tiered cakes, you get to choose different combinations. I hand-sculpt all figurines, sugar flowers, and toppers in my Sector 48 kitchen. Since I do not use preservatives, I bake these closer to your event time, ensuring the sponge is as fresh as it looks.
