Because I use a light whipped cream or buttercream base, these cakes are best served at room temperature. If you are planning a grand party, I recommend booking at least 3 to 4 days in advance so I can properly cure the fondant accents and ensure the gold drip sets perfectly. I love the artistic freedom that floral and drip cakes offer. Whether it is a sophisticated 25th-anniversary celebration or a fun Sweet 16, my focus is on the details. I use a palette knife painting technique for abstract, vibrant flowers that look like a canvas, or hand-pipe intricate rosettes for a classic, lush look. The gold drip is a signature finish that adds a touch of class to any design. Everything I make is 100% eggless and free of preservatives. My base cakes come in crowd-pleasing flavours like premium pineapple, classic black forest, or rich chocolate truffle. If you have a specific colour theme in mind, just let me know. I can match the drip to your event colours, whether you want a metallic gold finish or a bright pop of teal or pink. I work from my home bakery in Sector 48, Gurgaon. Because I am a one-woman operation, I do not mass-produce. Every order is baked individually, which means I can give your cake the time and care it needs. If you are looking for something that tastes as fresh as it looks, I am ready to bake it for you. ## About Bakelicious by Priyanka I am Priyanka, the one-woman baker behind these creations. I bake everything from scratch in my Sector 48 home kitchen, pouring all my focus into perfecting those tiny sugar flowers and smooth drips. It makes me so happy to see these cakes become the star of your anniversary or birthday table.
