It makes the Belgian chocolate pools gooey and transforms the texture into something even softer. It's the little things that make these cakes a favorite! 🤎 When we first started Bakeemyday, we never expected our butter cakes to go viral. We just wanted to bake something simple, honest, and delicious. What we ended up with is a cake that feels like a warm hug—pillowy soft, packed with pure butter, and loaded with generous chunks of Belgian chocolate. We don't use pre-mixes or shortcuts; every single batch is mixed and baked fresh in our Goregaon kitchen. Our cookies follow the same philosophy. Whether you’re grabbing a box of our classic chocolate chip for a midnight craving or experimenting with our Lemon Black Sesame or Red Velvet chunks, you're getting a treat that’s hearty and real. ### What You Can Expect: * **100% Eggless:** We bake everything without eggs, always. No exceptions. * **Quality Ingredients:** We use pure butter and high-quality Belgian chocolate in our butter cakes. You can taste the difference. * **Small Batches:** We bake daily. This means your order is as fresh as it gets when it leaves our studio. * **Variety:** From our Triple Chocolate chunk cookies to our healthy millet-based options, we love playing with flavors. If you are in Mumbai and looking for a no-fuss, deeply satisfying treat for yourself or a gift for someone special, this is where to start. We love seeing your photos when the boxes arrive, so keep tagging us! 🫶🏻 ## About Bakemyday By Henal Bhuta I'm Henal, the face behind the flour and sugar here.
