The biggest struggle at any party is finding a flavor that everyone agrees on. That is why I build a sturdy frosting wall between the two halves of every cake. Whether it is Ras Malai meeting chocolate or Biscoff with Ferrero, you get two completely distinct flavor profiles on one board without any bleeding. Whether it’s a birthday, office gathering, or a family function, picking one flavor is often a debate. I started offering half & half cakes because I hated seeing people compromise. It is my favorite way to make sure everyone at your table gets a slice they actually want. ### How We Build Them I prepare two separate sponge bases—usually split vertically—and use a piped buttercream or ganache wall as a physical barrier. This ensures that even if you pair a delicate floral vanilla with a rich chocolate ganache, the flavors stay exactly where they belong. Everything is 100% eggless and made from scratch. ### Why These Are Perfect For Parties * **Variety:** You can satisfy the kids who want chocolate and the adults who prefer traditional flavors like Ras Malai or seasonal fruits. * **Easy Serving:** Especially with our sheet cakes, you get 16 to 24 easy-to-serve square slices that take the stress out of cutting. * **No Fondant:** We stick to our signature fondant-free style, using creamy frostings, fresh flowers, or chocolate drips instead. I’ve seen customers pair Lotus Biscoff with Nutella Ferrero, or fresh strawberry with dark chocolate. If you have a specific duo in mind, just let me know. If you are in Mumbai—specifically near Goregaon or Wadala—these are a fantastic, hassle-free way to serve a crowd. ## About Bakemyday By Henal Bhuta I’m Henal, and baking is my heart and soul.
