We create our signature theme cakes using high-quality cardstock toppers and intricate buttercream piping instead of fondant, which keeps the frosting light, creamy, and entirely edible. This design choice means you get the bold visuals you want without that heavy, sugary layer, making every slice focus on the flavour and soft sponge. Our process begins with your vision. Whether you have a specific character, logo, or colour palette in mind, we translate that into a delicious dessert using high-quality prints and fresh buttercream. Fondant often adds unnecessary bulk and sweetness, which is why we skip it entirely. We rely on piping techniques, chocolate drip, and custom toppers to bring themes to life. This method ensures that the cake remains soft, moist, and true to the flavour you select, rather than being dominated by a sugar paste shell. We have experience with everything from F1 and superhero themes to minimalist floral arrangements and corporate branding. Because every cake is baked to order, we manage the structure using food-safe supports to keep your design standing tall while remaining easy to slice and serve. If you are planning an event in Mumbai, reach out with your theme details early. We are happy to accommodate complex requests, provided we have enough lead time to source or create the perfect toppers for your celebration. ## About Bakemyday By Henal Bhuta I am Henal, the face behind Bakeemyday, and I truly believe you should not have to compromise on taste to get the theme you love.
