There was no fancy marketing, just the smoky aroma of charcoal-grilled kebabs in the Mumbai night air. He taught us the most important lesson: 'Beta, sheesh bechna, imaan mat bechna' (Sell skewers, not your integrity). That philosophy is still the backbone of our business. ### Commando Training Running a kitchen at this scale is hard work. We are five brothers, and our father did not just give us a business; he gave us 'commando training.' Each of us handles a specific department, from operations to community outreach, ensuring that whether you are at our Colaba street stall or our Bandra restaurant, the experience feels like coming home. ### Consistency Over Everything We operate a central kitchen to ensure that every plate served across our outlets tastes exactly like the one our father made.
