We maintain a completely separate kitchen area for all our veg preparations, so your Paneer Tikka and Veg Seekh Kebab are never prepared alongside our meats. You get the same smoky, charcoal-infused signature taste that Bademiya has been known for since 1946, just with a vegetarian heart. My father always told us that everyone who visits our stall is family. If you are a vegetarian, we believe you deserve the same iconic Bademiya taste that we have been serving for over 70 years. This is not just an afterthought on our menu; it is a commitment we take seriously. We start by hand-mixing our traditional masalas, the same ones used across our entire menu. We then grill our Paneer Tikka and Veg Seekh Kebabs over the same open charcoal dhundhar tandoor that gives our non-veg dishes that smoky aroma. Whether it is our soft, marinated Paneer Tikka, our spiced-up Veg Seekh, or the popular Paneer Bhurji, we ensure the flavour is consistently rich and spicy.
