We bring our heavy iron sigris and live charcoal to your venue. Every skewer is marinated with family masalas from our central kitchen, then finished live by our Ustaads, so your guests get that authentic, smoky flavour served hot, right off the fire. We have been doing this since 1946. Whether you are hosting a corporate gathering in BKC or a house party in Bandra, you are not just getting food, you are getting the Bade Miyan tradition. We do not take shortcuts. Our Mutton Seekh Kebabs are the result of years of practice, and our Chicken Reshmi Tikka is marinated until it is tender enough to melt. ### Why Live Grilling? When you hire us, we bring the stall to you. We set up our branded red and white counters, fire up the charcoal, and our team in black coats starts the service. It is a show.
