Whether it is a music concert or a private gathering, our team sets up our signature branded stalls and manages the grill right in front of your guests, so you get that authentic, smoky Mumbai street food smell at your venue. Let’s talk about which menu fits your crowd size. We have been feeding Mumbai since 1946, and while we have grown from a small street stall to catering some of the biggest concerts and festivals, our philosophy remains the same: no shortcuts, only proper mehnat. When we bring the Bademiya experience to your event, we bring the full setup. This includes: * **Authentic Grilling:** We do not use gas. We bring our heavy iron charcoal sigris to every location because that is the only way to get the real smoky flavour of our Mutton Seekh and Chicken Reshmi Tikkas. * **The Ustaads:** Our chefs arrive in our branded black coats, trained to handle the skewers exactly the way we have been doing for decades. * **Consistency:** Whether we are serving at Zomaland or an intimate family dinner, the masalas are the same ones we prepare ourselves. We don't change our taste for different crowds; we deliver the iconic Bademiya flavour that our regulars expect. From our legendary Seekh Kebabs to our live Roomali Roti counters, we handle the logistics so you can focus on your guests. We have the infrastructure to manage everything from small parties to large-scale public events across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. If you want a piece of Mumbai history at your next celebration, you know where to find us. ## About Bademiya We were taught that we sell skewers, not our integrity, and that is how we treat every single order. Whether we are feeding thousands at a concert or just a few at a family dinner, the spices and the fire stay exactly the same. We do the hard work so you can just enjoy the food.
