Since these sessions are built around a neutral color palette, I generally advise parents to dress their little ones in simple, plain outfits—think soft linens or creams—so the final portraits feel clean, organic, and timeless rather than cluttered. ### A Calm, Natural Approach to Baby Photography The boho and rustic aesthetic is perfect for families who want photos that feel gentle and lived-in. In my studio at M3M Cosmopolitan, Sector 66, I have designed a space specifically for this look. We move away from the bright, neon colors often found in commercial kids' photography and instead use sunlight-mimicking studio lighting, wicker baskets, and soft wood elements. ### What to Expect During the Session These sessions are slower paced. Because we are focusing on a minimalist aesthetic, we don't rush the child. If your toddler needs a moment to settle into the tent or play with a wooden toy, we take it. The goal is to capture genuine curiosity and those soft, quiet smiles, rather than forced poses. ### Styling Your Shoot When booking your milestone photoshoot or first birthday session, we will discuss the specific textures you want to include. Whether you prefer a heavy rustic look with dried flowers and lanterns, or a lighter, breezy boho vibe with macrame, I handle the backdrop setup and props. You just need to bring the baby and a change of clothes that matches our neutral theme. If you are planning a family portrait to go along with the baby's solo shots, I recommend coordinating your outfits to match the earthy tones of the set. ### Why Choose Studio Sessions in Gurugram By keeping the session in a controlled studio environment, we eliminate variables like weather, dust, or harsh sunlight. This allows us to focus entirely on the baby's comfort. Whether you are coming for a 4-month-old sitter session or a toddler's birthday portrait, the lighting and environment are always optimized for high-quality, sharp, and beautifully lit images. ## About BabyBum I'm the face behind the lens at BabyBum. I love how these earthy, minimalist setups bring out the innocence in a child's eyes. It’s all about creating a calm space where your little one feels comfortable enough to be themselves.
