It is not just about the food, which is cooked from scratch every day, but the relaxed dastarkhwan seating and the warmth of the service that keeps our regulars coming back for our Nalli Nihari and San Sebastian Cheesecake. At Babji Caterers, we treat every plate as if we are serving our own family. Our kitchen in Mazgaon has become a meeting point for friends and relatives who want to avoid the noise of crowded restaurants and enjoy a meal in peace. ### Why Guests Choose Us * **Authentic Bohra Roots:** Our Bohra Thal service is not just about the food. It is about the ritual. We set up the dastarkhwan, the traditional floor seating, and handle every course with the care our ancestors taught us. * **Slow-Cooked Perfection:** You will find that our Nalli Nihari is a firm favorite. We cook it for 8 to 10 hours so the meat is tender and the flavors are deep, just the way it should be. * **The Sweet Finish:** Our desserts often get the most mentions. Whether it is the Turkish Kunafa or our signature San Sebastian Cheesecake, we focus on high-quality ingredients that leave a lasting impression. ### Our Approach We do not believe in complicated marketing. We believe in transparency. If you visit us during our Ramadan 'Eats & Treats', you will see the same open kitchen where we prepare our Mughlai and Chinese dishes. We keep the spice levels balanced, the oil content low, and the service quick so you can enjoy your time with your family. We are grateful for every review we receive, as it validates the effort we put into our recipes. When you visit us, expect honest food, a clean environment, and a team that is genuinely happy to serve you. ## About Babji Caterers At Babji, we believe food is the language of love. I bring my family recipes and traditional Bohra flavors directly to your table, whether it is a small family gathering or a large community event in Mazgaon.
