Our Mazgaon hall allows us to control the service environment, meaning we can set up traditional dastarkhwan floor seating or Western-style tables while ensuring the food comes straight from our live tandoor to your plate. ### Our Approach to Catering We believe food is about memories. That is why we stick to recipes that have been in our family for generations. Whether it is the slow-cooked Nalli Nihari or our signature Butter Garlic Seekh, we cook with heart. You will find that our approach to catering in Mumbai is rooted in consistency. ### Why Book With Us? - **Authentic Variety:** We don't just stick to one cuisine. While our roots are deep in Dawoodi Bohra food, we have perfected Mughlai and Chinese dishes to offer you a complete menu. - **Flexible Service:** We operate out of our own banquet hall in Mazgaon, which gives us the flexibility to host events ranging from intimate family nikahs to larger community gatherings. - **The Dastarkhwan Experience:** For those who want a truly traditional feel, we specialize in dastarkhwan floor seating, where everyone eats together from a single thal. It builds a sense of community that you just don't get with standard buffet lines. We provide all the necessary infrastructure, including the thals, mats, and specialized staff who know the proper course-by-course service protocols. If you prefer a plated buffet, our team manages the live stations to ensure the food remains fresh, hot, and delicious. We know that planning an event can be stressful. We handle the setup, the service, and the cleanup, so you can focus on being present with your guests. If you are looking for that specific home-style taste for your next celebration, we are here to help. ## About Babji Caterers We are the Babji team from Mazgaon, and for us, cooking is a legacy.
