For any of my game stalls or VR setups, I make sure we have a clear 6x6 ft area and a stable power source so everything runs smooth from start to finish. I have spent years setting up for every kind of event, from backyard kids birthdays in Delhi to large corporate functions in Jaipur. You get to see the final look in the photos, but the real work happens in the hours before. Whether it is a VR gaming setup or a candy floss stall, the setup needs to be tight. I check the power, I check the space, and I check the flow of the crowd. People often ask what makes these stalls work. It is simple. I do not just dump a machine there. I create a zone. If you want a carnival vibe, I bring the ring toss and the balloon shooting with an attendant who keeps the energy up and handles the prizes. If you are doing a corporate event, I bring the tech, like the PS5 consoles and the VR headsets, and I make sure a technician stays there to help your guests with the equipment. Weather is the only real enemy for outdoor setups, and I am always prepared to pivot if it rains. You will find that my stalls are kept clean and my staff is trained to engage, not just stand around. I handle everything for the setup so you can focus on the party. You want a fun, stress-free vibe. That is what I deliver. The variety is key. My collection of entertainment is huge because I know every crowd is different. Some guests want to relive their childhood with popcorn and candy floss, others want to jump into a VR game, and kids just want to play. I make sure my inventory covers all of that. ## About Aziz Party Surprise Aziz here. I lead a team that manages everything from luxury party artists to interactive gaming zones.
