Whether it’s one of my students finally mastering a complex coin flip drill or feeling confident during our end-of-month choreography shoots, these milestones represent so much more than just dance steps. At Azaya Dance Academy, achievement looks different for everyone. For some, it is building the core strength to sustain a full drum solo. For others, it is simply showing up for themselves after a long week and finding a community where they can truly let loose. Our 5-week intensive certification courses are where the real deep-dives happen, as we break down complex props like veils, swords, and cymbals into manageable, linear steps. You get to see your own progression from the first class to the final professional video shoot, which is a massive confidence booster. Even in our drop-in weekend sessions in Jayanagar, Malleshwaram, and Sahakarnagar, we track progress through consistent feedback. I don't just teach steps; I teach self-expression. We have had students join with two left feet and leave performing with full grace. It is a space where we cheer for the wobbly starts and the polished finishes alike. If you are looking for a place to track your growth, be it physical toning or emotional release, you have found your tribe. ## About Azaya I’m Deepthi, and I started Azaya in 2017 to create a space where women can drop their guard and just be themselves. My goal is simple: helping you fall in love with your body and rhythm, one shimmy at a time.
