When you book a session with us, you can specifically request senior therapists like Shankar, Rekha, or Geeta, who bring 15 to 20 years of experience in mastery of Abhyangam and Basti. They don't just follow a script; they read your body's specific tension points and adjust their rhythm and pressure accordingly, ensuring you leave with actual relief, not just a temporary fix. ### The Rangers of Ayurvedam We call our team of therapists the 'Rangers of Ayurvedam' for a reason. They are the backbone of our practice, combining traditional techniques with the empathy required to understand what your body is actually going through. Whether it is Shankar’s two decades of dedication to Panchakarma or Rekha’s specialized touch that has been trusted by celebrities, our team members are experts who believe that the touch of a skilled therapist is just as important as the herbal oil being used. ### The Doctor's Corner Before any therapy begins, you sit with our doctors. Our consultation is not a formality; it is a thorough Nadi Parikshan (pulse diagnosis) that maps out your Prakriti. We don't believe in generic prescriptions. Our doctors explain the 'why' behind every herb and oil, whether it's castor oil for deep tissue repair or sesame oil for Vata balancing. They are here to simplify complex classical texts like the Charak Samhita into actionable steps for your daily life. ### Where to Find Us We have created spaces in Mumbai that feel less like cold clinics and more like centers of rejuvenation. From our flagship in Prabhadevi to our centers in Worli, Bandra, and Ghatkopar, we’ve designed our spaces to be clean, modern, and welcoming. * **Prabhadevi:** Our first home, blending tradition with a modern, innovative vibe. * **Worli & Bandra:** Accessible spots for your mid-week stress relief. * **Ghatkopar:** A hub for our core therapy team. If you cannot make it to a clinic, our home-visit therapists bring the exact same setup—portable steam tents, warm oils, and expert hands—to your living room, ensuring you never have to choose between convenience and quality. ## About Ayurvedam We are a team that believes Ayurveda shouldn't be boring or slow. We take the time to actually listen to your concerns, assess your body's blueprint, and pair you with a therapist who knows how to handle your specific imbalances.
