We’ve traded the dark rooms for clean, modern, and bright spaces where clinical hygiene is the priority. Our therapists—like Rekha, Shankar, and Nagesh—are the real reason people keep coming back. They each have a specific touch, and you can actually choose the therapist who best matches your recovery needs, whether you're dealing with stubborn back pain or just need to reset your sleep. We believe your environment is just as important as the therapy itself. Our clinics are a far cry from the cramped, dimly lit centres you might expect. We have built modern, airy, and clean spaces where clinical standards meet Ayurvedic warmth. From the moment you walk in, you’ll notice the difference—disposable sheets, high-quality medicated oils, and a focus on your complete privacy. Behind every session is a specialist who has dedicated years to mastering the touch of healing. We have therapists like Shankar, who brings over two decades of experience with traditional Panchakarma, and Rekha, who has worked with athletes and actors, specializing in complex therapies like Shirodhara and Basti. Jaya focuses on facial and head therapies that melt away stress, while Nagesh provides the deep, rhythmic work needed for long-term pain relief. It is not just about the oil or the technique; it is about the person applying it. When you book your appointment, you aren’t randomly assigned a name on a schedule. You are choosing a professional who understands your health history, your Prakriti (body constitution), and how to adjust their pressure to fit your unique muscle recovery needs. We encourage you to visit our centres, have a consultation with our doctors, and find the therapist whose technique resonates with your body’s blueprint. ## About Ayurvedam We are the people behind Ayurvedam, here to prove that ancient wisdom fits perfectly into your modern Mumbai life. We aren't a big, cold chain; we are a group of healers who genuinely care about getting you off painkillers and back to your natural rhythm.
