For our para-athletes, we include manual arrow retrieval assistance as part of your training, so you can focus entirely on your mechanics and release without worrying about the logistics. Success in archery is not about immediate results; it is about the daily grind. Whether you are aiming for state-level trials or looking to learn the sport from scratch, our program in Gurugram is structured to build your foundation. ### The Training Process We move beyond just shooting arrows. Our 40-hour monthly coaching program integrates strength and conditioning with specialized sports physio coordination to build the endurance you need. For our competition-level archers, we use video analysis to break down your shot sequence, identifying micro-errors in your release or posture that you might not even feel. ### Why Our Approach Works * **Adaptive Coaching:** We tailor equipment setup and technique to your specific disability profile. * **Mental Toughness:** Yoga and meditation sessions are part of the routine to help you maintain focus during high-pressure tournaments. * **Equipment Support:** We provide club equipment for your first month to help you get comfortable before you invest in your own customized bow setup. If you are ready to commit, we are ready to guide you. Our coaches are active, present on the field, and focused on helping you reach your goals, whether that is competing in the Khelo India games or mastering the recurve bow for personal fitness. ## About Avid Archery Club We’re the Avid Archery family, and we believe archery is for everyone.
