When you step onto our Palam Vihar range, whether you are using a wheelchair or learning to draw a bow for the first time, you get the same level of attention. We don't segregate by ability. We adapt drills to your biomechanics so that every member, including our para-athletes, trains on the same line, shoulder-to-shoulder with the rest of the team. We believe archery is a great equalizer. Our 'Archery 4 All' philosophy is about removing barriers, not just physical access, but the intimidation factor of starting a new sport. We have seen students like Shriya Joshi, who came to us after an accident, push past doubts to become a national-level para-athlete. That is the reality of our training. It is not one-size-fits-all. Our coaching team conducts initial fitness and posture assessments to understand your specific needs, be it range of motion or physical strength limits. If you are a para-athlete, we ensure the equipment and the environment at Palam Farms are fully adapted. But the core technical coaching—biomechanics, mental discipline, and form—remains rigorous for everyone. As we always say, 'har din tapna hoga' (you have to burn every day); we guide you, but you put in the sweat. We aren't a silent, sterile academy. We celebrate birthdays, festivals, and wins together. This culture is our secret ingredient; it keeps you coming back to the range even on days when your shot grouping isn't where you want it to be. ## About Avid Archery Club We are the Avid Archery family, and we believe archery is for everyone—kids, adults, and para-athletes alike. Our range in Palam Vihar is a place where you build focus, strength, and life-long friendships while learning to shoot. Come, join the grind with us and see how far you can go.
