Because our coaching team includes mentors like Ankit Yadav, who has trained at world-class centers in Lausanne, we focus on the micro-corrections in your release and stance that most instructors overlook. When you step onto our range, you are getting feedback from people who have sat in the judges' chairs and stood on the podium, ensuring your form is built for consistency, not just temporary results. Archery is a blend of intense physical discipline and mental stillness. It is about body mechanics, sight adjustment, and arrow tuning, but technical skill means little without the right mindset to apply it. Our coaching staff, including Ankit Yadav, Azad, and Neeraj, understands this balance because they live it every day. Ankit brings global insights from World Archery seminars directly to our training ground, while Azad and Neeraj focus on the daily grind that makes a champion. Whether you are training at our Palam Vihar facility in Gurugram or joining us from across Delhi NCR, you will notice a difference in our methodology. We regularly bring in specialists like Italian compound coach Sergio Pagni to refine our training techniques and introduce new perspectives. We hold firm to our 'Archery for All' belief. This means we treat the five-year-old beginner with the same rigor and encouragement as the para-athlete preparing for national tournaments. We provide a clear pathway for our students. We help you move from basic safety drills to competitive scoring simulations. Our coaches track your progress, watch for target panic, and adjust your training plan based on how you handle pressure. It is not just about the arrow hitting the yellow; it is about the thousands of arrows you shoot to earn that precision. We are here to guide you through the process, push you on your off days, and celebrate the small wins that eventually lead to the podium. ## About Avid Archery Club We are not here to sell shortcuts. Archery is in our blood, and we are here to make sure you find your rhythm. We work hard, celebrate every small win, and push you to show up even when you do not feel like it.
