Our team handles the entire logistics—from setting up specialized backstops and target lanes to providing full equipment rental and constant supervision. Whether it is a corporate team-building day at a golf course or a festival setup on a university lawn, your guests will be shooting safely within minutes of our safety briefing. ### Bringing the Range to You We understand that event planning requires precision and zero compromise on safety. That is why our event setup is as rigorous as our training sessions. We bring the full archery ecosystem to your location in Delhi NCR, ensuring that every participant, regardless of age or prior experience, has a blast while staying safe. ### Why Archery for Your Event? Archery is a unique way to foster focus, patience, and team bonding. Unlike standard activities, it offers an immediate, satisfying feedback loop—the sound of an arrow hitting the target is a great confidence booster. It is perfect for: * **Corporate Team Building:** Encourage healthy competition and collaboration as teams learn to aim and fire together. * **College Festivals:** Add a high-engagement, competitive element to your campus events. * **Private Parties & Gatherings:** Give your guests something truly memorable to do beyond the usual social activities. ### Our Process When you book an event with us, we handle the technical heavy lifting: 1. **Venue Assessment:** We ensure your space meets the necessary safety clearances for range setup. 2. **Safety First:** Every session kicks off with a mandatory 10-minute briefing on range etiquette and whistle commands. 3. **Instruction:** Our coaches are present throughout, offering micro-corrections on posture and release to help everyone get consistent hits. 4. **Full Equipment Supply:** We provide Recurve bows, arrows, and arm guards tailored to your group size, so no one has to bring their own gear. ### Making It Happen We have partnered with prestigious venues like DLF Camellias and The NorthCap University, proving that we can manage large-scale setups without losing the personal coaching touch. If you are planning an event, reach out to us early so we can secure the equipment and coaches required for your specific group size. ## About Avid Archery Club At Avid Archery, we believe everyone should experience the focus and joy of shooting an arrow.
