### Discovery Session: Try Archery

A 60-minute introductory trial covering safety, basic drills, and live shooting with club-provided equipment.

Typically ₹500 per session (estimate)

#### Core Experience
* **Duration:** 60 minutes of guided activity.
* **Coach:** Group instruction (1:5 to 1:8 ratio) by assistant coaches.
* **Gear:** Full rental included for the session (Recurve Bow, Arrows, Arm Guard). No personal purchase required.

#### Session Flow
* **Safety:** 10 mins on range rules, whistle commands, and gear fitting.
* **Drills:** 15 mins on stance, drawing, and anchoring basics.
* **Shooting:** 30 mins of live shooting at short-distance targets (5-10m).
* **Location:** Outdoor school ground (DPSG) exposed to weather elements.

### Standard Membership (2-3 Days/Week)

Flexible part-time training (16-24 hrs/month) focusing on fundamentals and fitness; equipment rental provided for Month 1 only.

### Archery Runs in Our Veins

Archery is not just a sport for us - *yeh humare khoon mein hai* (it's in our blood). We want every archer to feel proud standing on a podium, but I'm not here to sell shortcuts. *Ek din mein champion nahi banta, boss.* (Nobody becomes a champion in a day, boss.) You show up, slog every day, even when you don’t feel like it. That’s how you earn your shot.

### Archery Is For Everyone

Our club is built on the idea that archery belongs to everyone. We offer beginner archery classes for kids (starting at age 5) and adults - age is just a number here. We’re especially proud of our para-archery coaching program, where we help athletes with disabilities train and compete with the best.

### Your Path: Start to Podium

- Beginners get the basics and safety right, no experience needed.
- For those looking to improve, we focus on consistency, scoring, and handling competition pressure.
- If medals are your goal, we offer competitive archery training to prep you for tournaments, right up to the national level. Some of our athletes have gone on to top academies.

### Archery Means Mind + Body

We build full archers, not just shooters. Expect strength training (battle ropes, therabands), yoga for balance and focus, and sessions for mental toughness. Sometimes we bring in meditation pros, because archery is as much in the mind as in the arms.

### Bows We Coach

We cover recurve (Olympic style), compound (for precision), and Indian round (traditional). You can pick your path - we’ll guide you.

### My story

Hi, we’re the Avid Archery family. Archery isn’t just about the bow and arrow for us—it’s about finding yourself, sticking together, and learning every day. We party on Holi, Lohri, birthdays, and every win, big or tiny. Our journey’s got stories like Shriya Joshi’s—she came in after an accident, thought archery was easy, found out it’s tough, but with all our support, she became a national para-archer. We’re all about ‘ARCHERY 4 All’.

### My work

- **Archery Training for All**: We train kids, adults, beginners, and athletes—Recurve, Compound, and Para-archery training included.
- **Archery Meditation Sessions**: We mix archery with yoga and meditation to help you focus and grow, not just shoot arrows.
- **It’s a Family Thing**: We celebrate, struggle, and win together. Team spirit is real here, on and off the range.
- **The Daily Grind**: No shortcuts. Har din tapna hoga (burn every day)—our coaches guide, but you put in the sweat.
