Every cake we create is a blend of your vision and our technique, whether it is a subtle, minimalist design or a grand, multi-tiered structure for a wedding. Because we bake fresh to order in our Civil Lines studio, every detail, from the edible gold leaf to the specific flavour pairing, is tailored to your event, ensuring the cake is as perfect as the occasion itself. Every cake we create is 100% eggless, ensuring that everyone at your party can join in the celebration without worry. We believe that a great cake is about more than just looks; it is about the experience. Whether you need a towering wedding cake with internal doweling for stability, a delicate heart-shaped cake for an anniversary, or a fun, custom theme for a child's birthday, we handle the engineering and the artistry. We start with a conversation. Tell us your theme—be it a boho wedding with fresh florals or a K-pop birthday bash—and we design around it. We offer flavours like Tiramisu, Rocher, and Classic Chocolate, all made fresh in our studio. For those watching their health, we provide 100% whole wheat (no maida) options that do not compromise on taste. Based in Civil Lines, we deliver across Delhi NCR. We ask for 2-3 days notice for detailed custom work to ensure your cake gets the attention it deserves. Your reviews and the smiles in these photos are our real achievement. ## About Authentique Bites I am Ekta, and along with my sister Nekta, we run Authentique Bites from our studio in Civil Lines.
