They measure, mix, knead, and bake every item themselves from scratch, ensuring they leave with a box of their own creations and the confidence to replicate the recipes at home. ### The Hands-On Approach Our workshops operate on a simple principle. If kids want to learn baking, they need to get their hands dirty. We avoid long lectures, focusing instead on 100% practical activity. Whether it is a batch of eggless cheesecake cups or chocolate peco bites, each student handles their ingredients from start to finish. We guide them, but they do the heavy lifting. ### What to Expect * **Age Range:** We welcome young bakers between 7 and 17 years. * **Dietary Focus:** Everything we bake is 100% eggless, making our sessions inclusive for vegetarian families in Delhi. * **Takeaways:** Every child walks away with a box of the treats they baked themselves, a set of printed commercial-grade recipes, and a list of our recommended ingredient suppliers. * **The Menu:** We rotate our curriculum to keep things fresh. You might find your child learning to make yeast-based doughnuts one weekend or mastering shortcrust pastry tarts the next. ### Why Join Us? Baking is a valuable life skill. Beyond the sugar rush, our sessions teach measurement, patience, and the chemistry of ingredients. We cover the difference between maida and whole wheat, and share our chef secrets for achieving professional results at home. We provide all the aprons, tools, and ingredients, and even include a hot lunch for full-day sessions to keep everyone fueled up and focused. ## About Authentique Bites We are Ekta and Nekta. We love seeing kids get messy with flour and chocolate, finding their creative spark in our studio. For us, these workshops are about sharing the joy of baking and helping young ones build real skills they can actually use.
