## About Guest Experiences

Namratha Gowda first tried our food at Anupama Gowda's housewarming. For her own personal function, she describes us sitting with her, customising the menu and delivering food her guests enjoyed.

#### Regional dishes guests remember
Housewarming guests talk about akki rotti, bele holige, obbattu and paneer ghee roast. They also mention our team being present through the meal. Another pair of guests names paneer, gobi manchuri and akki rotti.

#### A pooja meal
Satyanarayana pooja diners talk about mudde, avarekalu saaru, hara bhara kabab and bhendi. Halbai and the other sweets come up in their feedback too. These are dishes they ate at that function, not a fixed list for every pooja.

Namratha also describes her menu arriving at short notice and not feeling heavy. Those are her experiences of that event, not a standard lead-time or dietary commitment.
