## About Biryani and Dessert Presentations

At Farmhouse Collective in Hoskote, we introduced biryani steamed inside its container. Our work shows individual leaf containers and pot biryani presentations, served alongside the event meal.

#### Guests on the food
One group describes pot biryani and a dessert with chocolate stuffed inside pani puri and served with rabdi. At Ambari on Bannerghatta Road, guests also react to how the biryani is presented.

#### Part of a customised menu
These are dishes from separate events, not one standard biryani and dessert package. We customise traditional, North Indian and South Indian vegetarian menus. The presentations here show some of the choices we have served.
