For Udupi and Mangalore catering, dishes we have served include goli baje, akki rotti, gujje podi and holige. Our North Indian vegetarian buffet menus include pakoras, paneer tikka, dals and veg biryanis. These are examples, not one fixed menu. ### How we serve Choose banana-leaf meals, golden thali service or a buffet. We cater receptions, housewarmings, naming ceremonies, seemantha, poojas and corporate occasions too. One housewarming included dinner the previous night, breakfast and lunch. ### Counters and guest care Our live food counters include Mulbagal dosa, chaat and fruit. We also offer coffee and tea stations, plus cocktail and mocktail counters with bartenders. We taste the items before serving and work alongside our serving team.
