Here is the team that manages the design and construction process at AUS Architecture. ## Photos and videos - ![I am Mini Gopinath. When you hire us, you do not just get a design concept; you get a plan that has been stress-tested by a perfectionist and a strategist to ensure it survives the actual, messy realities of a construction site. Architecture is rarely a linear process. It involves balancing the abstract design intent with the physical limits of the terrain and the practicalities of a budget. At AUS Architecture, we divide this responsibility to protect your project from the common failures of either over-designing or under-planning. ### The Analytical Approach Shylesh handles the design methodology. He uses an analytic matrix to align your business model with the architectural form. This means every wall, window, and pathway is placed for a reason, not just for aesthetic appeal. It is a rigid, disciplined process that prevents unnecessary construction costs later. ### The Hands-On Execution I, Mini, focus on the 'doer' aspect. My background in urban studies and experience with healthcare and hospitality projects taught me that a building is only as good as its site coordination. I ensure that the design stays true to the site, whether that involves managing steep slopes in a hill station or organizing traffic flow for a clinic in Bangalore. ### Why the Duo Matters Clients often ask why they need two architects for a single project. The answer is simple: conflict is productive. Shylesh will push for the architectural integrity of a space, while I will challenge the buildability. By the time our design reaches your contractors, it has been vetted for both beauty and utility. We bring this rigor to every project, whether it is a private home, a large-scale institutional campus, or a luxury resort. We are not just drafting plans; we are ensuring they get built the right way. ## About AUS Architecture We are Shylesh and Mini, the two halves of AUS Architecture. Shylesh obsesses over the structural integrity and design intent of every drawing, while I focus on keeping the reality of the construction site on track. We offer you the best of both worlds: a perfectionist's design and a strategist's execution.
