Shylesh applies an analytical matrix to ensure structural and aesthetic integrity, while Mini focuses on the ground realities of construction and space management. This dual approach ensures that our designs are not only conceptually strong but also highly functional for your daily life. We believe architecture is a story. Our process begins with understanding your specific needs, whether you are building a residence in Bangalore or a hospitality project in Kerala. Shylesh, with his professional background in New York, emphasizes disciplined design and structural perfection. Mini brings a patient-first, human-centric approach, which is vital for our healthcare projects. We are not desk-bound architects. We believe in being on site, working with the artisans, and ensuring that the final build matches the initial concept. From site analysis and Vastu compliance to technical MEP layouts, we manage every detail. Our studio in Indiranagar serves as a practical example of our design language, blending green spaces with functional structural forms. Whether you need master planning or interior detailing, we bridge the gap between creative vision and on-ground execution. ## About AUS Architecture We are Shylesh and Mini, the leads at AUS Architecture. We believe in balancing global design standards with local context, ensuring that every project is both technically sound and deeply practical.
