Aerial yoga is about more than just fun poses. In my studio, we strictly limit batch sizes to a 1:6 ratio, ensuring I can provide hands-on spotting for every child during their first inversions. Safety comes first here, so we use professional-grade aerial silks and place thick crash mats underneath, helping your child feel secure even when they are hanging upside down. For many children, the modern lifestyle means less movement and more screen time, which often leads to posture issues or tension. Aerial yoga offers a creative solution by using gravity to our advantage. The hammocks allow for spinal decompression, which is helpful for relieving the daily pressure on a child's growing back, while the inversions improve blood circulation and mental focus. ### Why Choose Our Aerial Classes? * **Safe Progression:** We start with basic low-hanging poses before moving to full inversions. This builds the foundational trust and core stability children need. * **Expert Spotting:** I am present for every session, providing manual support during flips, cocooning, and floor-to-air transitions.
