It is not about complex rituals; it is about connecting to your roots to release the emotional blocks and karmic patterns that might be affecting your current financial and personal life. ### How We Address Pitra Dosh Many of us carry baggage that isn't ours. When you feel like you are working hard but getting nowhere, or when health issues refuse to heal despite all treatments, it is often a sign of ancestral karma, or Pitra Dosh. My sessions are designed to act as a bridge, allowing you to seek forgiveness and accept blessings from your lineage. ### What To Expect In A Session - **Guided Meditation:** We use specific visualizations to connect with your ancestors. It is a peaceful, introspective process. - **Sound Healing:** Tibetan singing bowls are played during the session. The vibration helps shift stagnant energy and aids in deep relaxation. - **Forgiveness Prayer:** We focus on clearing the emotional knots that keep you tied to past patterns. ### Choose Your Path Whether you are joining me at the Aura Yog Centre in Delhi or logging in via Zoom, the environment remains grounded and safe. 1. **Single Session:** Ideal for Amavasya or Full Moon dates when energy is high. We focus on immediate release and connection. 2. **7-Day Course:** For those feeling deep-rooted blocks, this 45-minute daily cycle builds on previous work to progressively clear lineage patterns and invite more positivity into your daily routine. If you feel a weight on your shoulders, do not just carry it. Let us work together to release it. Har Har Mahadev. ## About Karuna Ahuja Namaste, I am Karuna Ahuja.
