We use Tibetan singing bowls to create vibrational frequencies that help shift the energy that feels 'stuck' in your life. Whether it is a lingering health issue, a financial block, or relationship trouble, this practice helps clear the energetic layers often associated with Pitra Dosh (ancestral faults), helping you feel lighter immediately. Many of us carry heavy blocks that traditional methods cannot reach. I often see these as ancestral patterns or 'Pitra Dosh'. These are not just concepts; they are real energetic knots that manifest as recurring financial struggles, strained relationships, or health problems that refuse to improve despite your best efforts. At my studio in Shalimar Bagh, I create a calm, candlelit space designed for deep introspection. During our sessions, I guide you through a structured meditation to connect with your lineage. It is a time to offer forgiveness, release past trauma, and open yourself to the blessings of your ancestors. We use the resonance of Tibetan singing bowls to deepen the experience, allowing the sound to do the work of releasing what no longer serves you. We specifically schedule these on Amavasya (New Moon) or Full Moon dates, as these are times naturally suited for release and new beginnings. You can join me in person at Aura Yog Centre, where we provide mats and comfortable floor seating, or participate from anywhere via Zoom. Whether you are battling stress or feeling that your path is blocked, this session is about coming back to your core. As we say, 'Pehla sukh nirogi kaya' (the first happiness is a healthy body), and that starts by clearing the internal noise. ## About Karuna Ahuja I am Karuna.
