We keep it simple and practical. There are no heavy rituals involved. The session is a structured meditation focused on: * **Guided Clearing:** Verbal guidance to connect with your ancestors and release generational trauma. * **Sound Bath:** Using Tibetan Singing Bowls to create vibrational frequencies that assist in block removal. * **Forgiveness Prayer:** A space to acknowledge the past and invite healing. ### How You Can Join I offer two main ways to begin this work: 1. **Single Amavasya Session:** A 90-minute ritual held on specific New or Full Moon dates. It includes guided meditation and sound healing to help you relax deeply. 2. **7-Day Ancestral Healing Course:** A more intensive, cumulative program where each 45-minute session builds on the last. This is designed for those looking to address specific, deep-rooted blocks in finance or health. Everything is hosted in a peaceful environment at our studio in Shalimar Bagh, with floor seating, dim lighting, and aromatherapy to help you disconnect from the daily rush. Whether you attend in person or join the group via Zoom, the intention remains the same: to help you heal, find peace, and move forward with clarity.
