When I started this studio in Bengaluru, I realized that expecting parents were being overwhelmed by fragmented advice on social media. You need more than a 30-second reel to prepare for labor. You need a community. ### Why We Are Different We move away from the idea that pregnancy is a medical condition to be managed. Instead, we treat it as a journey to be prepared for. Whether you are dealing with hip aches, seeking pelvic floor strengthening, or preparing for labor, our certified experts provide the specific tools you need to feel stable and confident. ### The Aura Mom Experience The true strength of Aura lies in our community. We are proud that many of our instructors are former clients who experienced their own transformative births using our methods. They understand the messy reality of postpartum recovery, the challenges of diastasis recti, and the need for a space where you can bring your baby without judgment. We focus on practical education. We teach you how to read your body's signals and give your partner the skills to become your birth room hero. Our approach is grounded in the belief that when a mother is happy, supported, and informed, it creates the best environment for a healthy baby. We are here to ensure you walk in feeling nervous and walk out feeling ready. ## About Aura Birthing I am Shree, and I started Aura because I realized expecting parents needed a village, not just random tutorials.
