I focus on immediate, practical solutions—whether it is correcting a positioning issue or managing clogged ducts—so you can stop the trial-and-error cycle and start feeding your baby comfortably. ### Moving Beyond Trial and Error The first few weeks are a major adjustment. You are recovering, hormones are shifting, and your baby is learning to feed. It is a lot to handle. Most parents get by with 'tips' found on social media, but lactation support is not one-size-fits-all. What works for one baby may not work for yours.
