We teach the foundational building blocks of rhythm and pitch, often using interactive exercises to help students understand complex ragas. Whether you are exploring Hindustani or Carnatic vocal traditions, or simply want to sing your favorite Bollywood track with confidence, our goal is to help you find your unique voice in a pressure-free environment. ### Our Approach to Indian Vocals Learning Indian music is a journey that connects you to deep traditions, and we are here to guide you every step of the way. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your existing skills, our vocal coaching covers: * **Classical Foundations:** We work on the core pillars of Hindustani and Carnatic music, focusing on raagas, sargam, and breath control. We emphasize proper technique so you develop a clear, stable voice. * **Bollywood & Contemporary:** Apply your classical training to popular cinema hits. We break down songs to help you understand the nuances, phrasing, and emotional delivery required for modern Indian music. * **Early Learners Program:** Music education starts early. Our specialized modules for children ages 3 to 6 build rhythm, pitch, and listening skills through play-based activities and simple group interactions. ### Why Learn With Us Our studio in Rustam Bagh is designed to feel like a community rather than a classroom. We believe that mistakes are just new ideas, and we encourage our students to experiment, improvise, and build the confidence to perform. Our instructors are active musicians who bring their real-world experience into every session. We don't just teach you how to sing; we teach you how to listen, understand the structure of the music, and perform with ease. If you are preparing for a specific goal or just want to pick up a new skill, we offer customized learning paths to suit your pace. Whether you are joining us for one-on-one mentorship or joining one of our small, focused group batches, you will have access to professional studio gear and performance opportunities. Come by the studio on Old Airport Road to experience a session. ## About August Music Productions We are August Music Productions, or just AMP to our students.
