For our children's sessions, we prefer floor seating, so the kids are right there with the performers. Whether it is a puppet show or a retelling of folklore, expect 45-60 minutes where your child is part of the story, not just watching it. At Atta Galatta, we believe stories are meant to be shared, not just read. Our auditorium in Indiranagar is designed as a cozy adda rather than a cold, formal hall. With 100 seats, we offer an up-close experience where you can hear the nuances of a storyteller's voice and see the delight on the children's faces. Our programming is built for real, curious kids. We host the 'Dum Dama Dum' Children's Theatre and Reading Festival, which brings together puppetry, clowning, and interactive plays. For families looking for a deeper connection to heritage, our 'Mythology Marvels' series explores folklore through music, dance, and theatre, moving well beyond standard tales. Practical details matter. Most of our sessions range from 45 to 60 minutes to suit younger attention spans, and we always allow for a meet-and-greet with the cast or puppets afterward. We provide cushions for floor seating, while adults can use chairs at the rear. You do not need to dress up or arrive early for a seat; just come as you are. Whether it is a weekend workshop or a special festival day, our goal is for you and your child to leave with a story of your own to tell. ## About Atta Galatta We are a bookstore that got tired of just selling books. We are a space for stories, theatre, and the occasional bit of happy chaos. If you have a child who loves tales or just needs to burn off some creative energy, bring them over to our Indiranagar space.
