Whether it's a 'Dum Dama Dum' theatre festival or a Saturday morning story session, the point is to engage, laugh, and maybe even get a little messy. Most sessions are open-entry, but some require a quick registration or ticket on BookMyShow, so check the event schedule before you head out. ### More Than Just a Bookstore I believe in stories that breathe, and that happens best when kids, parents, and grandparents are all in the room together. My performance floor isn't for passive watching; it is for participating. When we host a session like 'Letters to Dadu' or a treasure hunt, the goal is to bridge the gap between generations. ### What to Expect * **Interactive Storytelling:** From Kamishibai paper theatre to tales of Hoysala kings, I partner with storytellers like Janaki Sabesh and Aparna Jaishankar to bring narratives to life, not just read them. * **Theatre & Movement:** Festivals like 'Dum Dama Dum' turn the space into a hub of drama and play. We don't just sit; we act, we craft, and we explore. * **No Age Barriers:** Whether you are a toddler, a curious teen, or a senior looking to share a story, my space is designed for everyone. ### Tips for Parents * **Come as you are:** You don't need to dress up or pretend. Just bring yourself and your curiosity. * **Book ahead:** While we love spontaneous visitors, popular workshops and author launches often fill up. Check our latest event updates to see if a ticket is required. * **Stay for the community:** After the event, stay back, browse the shelves, or grab a coffee. Many of my best community connections are made in the moments after the show ends. ## About Atta Galatta I'm not your typical quiet library—I’m a stage for stories, laughter, and a bit of controlled chaos.
