Design of 'Raw Luxury' interiors featuring bespoke joinery drawings, custom art installations, layered lighting plans, and curation of reclaimed materials.

Typically ₹300-500 per sq. ft. of Carpet Area (estimate)

#### **A) Spatial Planning & Mood Creation**
* **Immersive Layouts:** Furniture and partition layouts designed to guide guest movement and create visual 'pause points'.
* **Material Mood Boards:** Selection of a 'Raw Luxury' palette involving reclaimed wood logs, split-face stone, onyx, brass, and textured fabrics.

#### **B) Bespoke Furniture & Joinery Design**
* **Custom Element Design:** Detailed working drawings for fixed furniture (bars, reception desks) and loose furniture concepts (sculptural sofas, stone coffee tables).
* **Art Installation Design:** Concepts for large-scale focal points, such as driftwood chandeliers or fluid wall sculptures.
* **Ceiling & Wall Paneling:** Intricate detailing for bamboo ceilings, wooden rafters, or acoustically treated paneling.

#### **C) Lighting & Atmosphere**
* **Architectural Lighting:** Layered lighting plans distinguishing between ambient, task, and accent lighting (e.g., floor-recessed uplighters for textured walls).
* **Automation Planning:** Logic planning for mood lighting scenes (Day/Evening/Party modes) compatible with automation systems.

#### **D) Styling & Decor**
* **Soft Furnishing Selection:** Curation of upholstery, rugs (organic shapes), and curtains that complement the brutalist shell.
* **Artifact Curation:** Assistance in selecting sculptures, pottery, and biophilic elements to complete the nature-connected aesthetic.

### Comprehensive Architecture & Landscape Consultancy

Complete structural and site planning for complex curvilinear forms including specialized formwork design, MEP integration, and detailed hardscape/softscape zoning.

Typically ₹450-650 per sq. ft. of Built-up Area (estimate)

* **Complex Structural Design:** Specialized structural drawings for 'Liquid Architecture' features, including curvilinear facades, heavy cantilevers, and exposed concrete formwork (shuttering) details.
* **Façade Detailing:** Specifications for signature exterior materials like Rusted Zinc, Exposed Brick jali work, and texture-painted surfaces.

#### **B) Landscape & Site Planning**
* **Path-Oriented Planning:** Site zoning designed to create an immersive guest journey rather than functional blocks.

* **Fenestration Design:** Technical detailing for floor-to-ceiling glass sections, skylights, and sun-shading devices.

#### **C) Technical & MEP Integration**
* **Services Coordination:** Precise layout planning for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical conduits to ensure they are hidden within exposed concrete slabs.
* **Sustainability Features:** Integration of passive cooling techniques, rainwater harvesting systems, and solar orientation planning.

#### **D) Professional Supervision**
* **Milestone Site Visits:** Periodic visits by the design team to check reinforcement (steel) binding and shuttering quality before casting concrete.
* **Material Selection Assistance:** Guidance on sourcing raw materials like bamboo, split stone, and specialized glazing from high-end vendors.

### Standalone Pavilion or Retreat Design

Fixed-fee design package for high-impact structures under 2,000 sq. ft. like spa blocks or meditation pods, covering structural geometry and interior detailing.

Typically ₹5-12L per Structure (Design Fee) (estimate)

#### **A) Conceptual Form Design**
* **Unique Geometry:** Design of a standalone structure with high architectural value (e.g., a tilted roof glass house or a bamboo-wrapped pod).
* **Site Contextualization:** Positioning the structure to maximize specific views (sunset/sunrise) or airflow.

#### **B) Detailed Construction Documentation**
* **Structural System:** Complete engineering details for the specific form (steel frame, tensile fabric, or specialized masonry).
* **Material Specifications:** Exact BOM (Bill of Materials) for the exterior shell and interior finish.

#### **C) Interior Detailing**
* **Integrated Interiors:** Design of built-in seating, flooring, and lighting integrated into the structure itself.
* **3D Visualization:** High-quality renders to visualize the final output before construction begins.

## About Luxury & Boutique Hospitality Design

I design hospitality spaces that feel alive, not just built. My approach is about making places that tell a story—spaces your guests won’t just visit, but remember long after.

### My Design Roots

Nature is my biggest inspiration. हर डिज़ाइन में मैं पाँच तत्वों (five elements) को शामिल करता हूँ—पृथ्वी, वायु, जल, अग्नि और आकाश (earth, air, water, fire, sky). Without them, nothing feels complete. This keeps my work balanced, grounded, and in tune with the environment.

### What Sets My Work Apart

- I blend luxury with sustainability, believing both can exist together.
- I use local materials like stone, bamboo, and reclaimed wood—nothing beats the charm of things that belong to the land.
- My projects are immersive, weaving a story into every corner. Think nature-inspired boutique hotel architecture where each space has its own vibe.

### Signature Touch

- I love mixing rough, earthy textures with sleek finishes—raw stone next to glass, rustic brick against concrete.
- Indoor and outdoor? I blur the line. Large windows, skylights, courtyards, and open layouts bring in the outside air and light.
- Every detail, from form to material, is chosen to create an immersive guest experience design.

Awards and features are nice, but for me, the real win is when guests feel they’ve stepped into a dream that lingers even after checkout.

## Meet your expert

[Arun Sharma](https://mytribe.in/atreyandassociates)

### My story

Design runs in our family, literally. My father was an architect, so I grew up seeing buildings as living spaces, not just walls and roofs. Nature’s luxury, Prithvi, Vayu, Jal, Agni, Akash - that’s what guides me. I love how concrete ages, how wood feels under your hand. जो नेचर की लग्जरी है ना, उसका कंपैरिजन ही नहीं है (nature’s luxury is unmatched). For me, every site is a canvas. When someone says we built their सपनों का घर (dream house), that’s the real win.

### My work

- **High-End Homes & Unique Spaces**: We design luxury bungalows, villas, hospitality spots, and commercial interiors with a nature-inspired architecture style.
- **Nature at Heart**: Our spaces use indigenous landscaping and natural materials, always listening to the site and its surroundings.
- **Raw Materials, Real Beauty**: Exposed concrete interiors, stone, scrap wood. We keep it honest and timeless, letting materials tell their own story.
- **Letting Light In**: Natural light everywhere - हमारी हेल्थ के लिए, हेल्दी बीइंग के लिए यह बहुत इंपॉर्टेंट है (it's key for health and happiness).
- **Open, Connected Living**: Triple-height atrium design, glass bridge residential features - layouts that feel open, luxurious, and make daily life special.
