I focus on high-quality buttercream and ganache finishes rather than heavy fondant. This gives you crisp lines and intricate textures like palette knife painting or stenciling, but with a moist, delicious crumb that kids and adults both enjoy. ### Why Choose Non-Fondant? Many parents assume that avoiding fondant means sacrificing design quality. That is not the case. By using structural buttercream and rich ganache, I can achieve sharp edges, smooth finishes, and detailed textures that are far more palatable. You get the visual impact of a designer cake with the taste of a real dessert. Whether it is a Cocomelon rainbow, a Safari animal scene, or a Disney castle, the decoration stays light and flavorful. ### Customization for Your Theme Every cake is built from the ground up to match your event. I incorporate specific elements like: * **Palette Knife Painting:** Used for elegant floral or textured backgrounds. * **Stenciling:** Creates clean, modern graphic patterns. * **Acrylic & Cardstock Toppers:** Add depth and character without the weight of edible figures. ### The Process & Practical Details I know that children's parties have specific needs. All my celebration cakes can be made 100% eggless without compromising on moisture or structure. I offer two main tiers for birthday events: * **Essential Celebration Package:** A 6-inch tall, single-tier cake perfect for smaller gatherings of 10 to 15 guests, paired with cupcakes and cakesicles. * **Premium Two-Tier Package:** A structural, taller cake for larger groups of up to 50, featuring more advanced texturing and personalized design elements. I handle delivery across Bengaluru in sturdy, tall window boxes to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition. When you share your theme with me, we will discuss the best flavor pairing, from classic Chocolate Truffle to Butterscotch, ensuring the cake is the highlight of your dessert table. ## About Swetha Mehta Hi, I’m Swetha.
