Includes site cleaning, red soil enrichment, leveling, and Mexican Carpet Grass laying.

* **Soil:** Layering of Red Soil (Chemman) mixed with organic manure.
* **Leveling:** Manual grading for drainage and a flat surface.

* **Grass Type:** Supply of pre-grown Mexican Carpet Grass or Bermuda Grass rolls.
* **Laying:** Gap-free installation and rolling to bond with soil.

Civil construction of 15-20 sq ft tank, waterproofing, black granite cladding, and pump setup.
