We don't guess with power training. We use biomechanical analysis and contrast training to bridge the gap between raw gym strength and on-field explosiveness.

## About Explosive Power & Plyometrics

Most athletes chase power by simply jumping more. We take a different approach. We measure your Rate of Force Development (RFD) on industrial force plates to identify your specific bottleneck—whether it is force production, force absorption, or neuromuscular stiffness. Only after we have this baseline data do we build a plyometric plan that actually transfers to your sport, rather than just tiring you out.

### The 3-Stage Plyometric Framework

We structure our plyometric training in three distinct zones to ensure your body can handle the forces required in your sport.

* **Loaded (The Foundation):** We begin with movements like Hang Power Cleans and Trap Bar Deadlift Jumps. This builds the raw force production required to move your own body weight efficiently.
* **Reactive (The Link):** We use hurdle jumps and depth jumps to train the stretch-shortening cycle (SSC). This teaches your nervous system to absorb force rapidly and re-direct it, which is essential for changing direction on the field.
* **Unloaded (The Expression):** Finally, we use box jumps and sprint mechanics to convert that strength into pure, explosive power. This is where we maximize vertical force projection.

### Why We Use Contrast Training (PAP)

To get immediate results, we utilize Post-Activation Potentiation (PAP). By pairing a heavy strength movement (like a heavy squat) with a biomechanically similar explosive movement (like a jump), we prime your nervous system. This technique allows you to produce more power in the jump than you would have without the heavy lift preceding it. It is how we get athletes to move faster within a single session.

### Data-Driven Performance in Gurugram

Whether you are an IPL hopeful or a student-athlete in the LTAD program at our Sector 65 lab, your programming is dictated by numbers, not intuition. We use velocity-based training sensors to ensure every rep is within the optimal power zone. If your bar speed drops, we adjust the load. This prevents overtraining and ensures that every session contributes to your long-term athletic development rather than just burning you out.

Our facility includes force plates to measure asymmetry and reactivity, ensuring your landing mechanics are safe and efficient. If you are struggling with horizontal acceleration or vertical leap, we don't just give you drills—we give you a protocol based on your specific force-velocity curve.

## About Athletes Lab

We are a team of strength coaches and physiotherapists obsessed with the data behind movement. We do not just put you through a workout; we build your kinetic chain so you perform better on the field, not just in the gym.
