Whether it is a morning at Ramakrishna Math or a meditation gathering, the focus remains on finding connection and peace beyond our yoga mats. Yoga is not just about what you do on your own; sometimes, it is about the energy we create together. Our community events, like the retreats hosted at spiritual institutions, are designed to give you a break from the noise of daily life. We keep the structure simple: guided meditation, bhajans, and insightful discourses. We often alternate between English and Kannada to make sure the wisdom reaches everyone present. It is not about complex poses here. It is about sitting together, listening, and letting that nemmadi—that quiet peace of mind—sink in. These gatherings are open to everyone. You do not need to be a long-time practitioner to attend. If you are feeling a bit burnt out or just want to experience a different kind of stillness, come join us.
