Our 3D renders are not just for show; they serve as the precise technical blueprint for our on-site team. Whether we are managing a large-scale office or a home renovation, this transparency ensures that what you see in the design phase is exactly what you get when we hand over the keys. Architecture is fundamentally a team sport. From the first sketch to the final styling, our process thrives on the collaboration between architects, structural engineers, and site contractors. This is why our projects often end up feeling more complete than the initial 3D renders. We spend hours refining technical drawings, ensuring that every joinery detail, marble layout, or lighting placement works in the real world, not just on a screen. When we take on a project, we follow a structured path. We start with volumetric analysis and site zoning, then move to detailed GFC (Good For Construction) drawings. This rigorous technical foundation is what allows us to push for bold textures and complex natural stone installations. Our project leads are on-site regularly to ensure that the design intent survives the construction reality. We are hands-on because we know that the difference between a good space and a soulful one lies in the execution details we manage daily. ## About Atelier 108 I'm Anusha Arun, and I'm obsessed with creating spaces that feel like a sanctuary.
