There are a million emotions that gush through while I stand next to this huge 40,000 sq ft building we designed. It took four solid years to make it here, and it wouldn't have been possible without the creative and fulfilling journey with my amazing partners.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/cd2e9674-d923-490b-bca2-407bb10b8f15) ## About Meet The Architect Choosing an architect is about finding someone who really listens to your vision. I approach every project, whether it is a home or a 40,000 sq ft office, as a partnership to ensure the final result feels more personal and grounded than the initial sketch. Architecture is rarely a solo act. When I stand next to a completed building, it is the collaboration with my team and the client that makes the experience meaningful. My design philosophy is rooted in what I call 'quiet luxury'. This means focusing on tactile textures like bouclé and limestone, utilizing a tone-on-tone palette of grays and beiges, and always, always bringing the outside in with greenery. ### Why Process Matters We do not just build structures. We create stories. My team and I focus heavily on the process because that is where the soul of the space is born. Whether we are designing a Vastu-compliant office in Bengaluru or a cozy retail outlet, we prioritize: * **Natural Materials:** Stone and wood are not just finishes. They are the character of the room. * **Bold Choices:** We believe in a 'go bold or go home' approach while keeping the aesthetic grounded. * **The Render-Reality Gap:** We take pride in the fact that our finished projects often surprise clients by exceeding their initial 3D renders. This happens because we are on-site, hands-on, and constantly refining details until the last cushion is placed. ### Working Together If you are looking for a space that reflects your personality rather than a generic design catalog, let’s talk. I enjoy the challenge of balancing functional requirements with an aesthetic that feels like a sanctuary. My goal is for you to walk into your completed space and feel that same rush of excitement I feel when I see a project come to life. ## About Atelier 108 I am Anusha, and I believe a building should tell a story that feels like a sanctuary the moment you step inside.
