We work with high-grade materials like Italian Bottrino marble and exotic veneers, layering them with precise lighting to ensure each room feels both expansive and intimate. This curation is not about opulence for its own sake, but about constructing a home that functions as a seamless extension of your lifestyle. At Atelier 13 Architects, we believe that modern luxury is defined by quality and restraint. Our practice centers on the architectural integrity of a space, utilizing clean lines and a neutral palette to maximize natural light and spatial flow. Whether we are designing a double-height living room or a private farmhouse, the focus remains on the tangible experience of living in the home. ### Our Design Methodology We reject trends in favor of timeless, bespoke solutions. Every project incorporates signature elements like handpicked white marble, custom millwork, and lighting installations from partners such as KLOVE STUDIO and Sans Souci. Our work in luxury residential interior design includes: * **Architectural Planning:** Full-scale layouts for villas, farmhouses, and apartments. * **Material Curation:** Use of exotic stones like Statuario and Armani Bronze, complemented by tailored leather and metal accents. * **Bespoke Execution:** Custom-manufactured furniture and modular woodwork designed to fit the exact dimensions and needs of your family. ### Why Partner with Atelier 13 We approach residential interior architecture as an exercise in precision. By integrating technology such as home automation and VRV ducting with artisanal craftsmanship, we deliver interiors that are functional, sustainable, and visually distinctive. We operate extensively in premium localities across Delhi NCR, including Gurugram, Noida, and South Delhi, helping clients realize homes that balance modern minimalism with personal warmth. ## About Atelier 13 Architects We are Gautam and Shaini Seth, the architects behind Atelier 13.
