Since I never use artificial setting agents like gelatin or agar-agar, my cheesecakes and tiramisu require careful handling and immediate refrigeration. Please plan your booking at least a few days in advance, as I only take a limited number of orders each week to keep things fresh. ### Authentic, Egg-Free Indulgence I believe that desserts should taste as good as they look, which is why I avoid all premixes and shortcuts. My kitchen is dedicated to creating flavours that feel like a warm hug. Whether you are craving the deep, aromatic notes of a classic Italian coffee tiramisu or the bright, summery sweetness of a fresh fruit dessert, every element is prepared from scratch. ### My Signature Tiramisu My tiramisu is a labour of love. I use a proprietary egg-free mascarpone blend that delivers that classic, silky mouthfeel without using eggs. * **Classic Coffee:** Intense, robust espresso notes dusted with premium cocoa. * **Raspberry:** A fresh, tangy twist using a house-made raspberry reduction and fresh berries. ### Artisanal Cheesecakes I treat cheesecakes with the respect they deserve. By using high-density cream cheese and setting them naturally, I achieve a soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture that relies on quality ingredients rather than additives like gelatin. * **Alphonso Mango:** A seasonal favourite made with real, luscious mango pulp and topped with fresh fruit slices. * **Cookies & Cream:** A rich, textured treat loaded with crushed biscuits and a dark chocolate ganache finish. ### Ordering & Delivery Because I prioritize freshness, I do not keep ready-made stock on hand. Everything is baked specifically for your order. * **Availability:** I limit my daily orders to maintain high standards, so early booking is highly recommended. * **Delivery:** I offer delivery across Thane and the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. * **Handling:** These delicate desserts are temperature-sensitive.
