I focus on natural ingredients, like real fruits and premium coverture chocolate, and I stick to whipped cream for my finishes. This keeps the cakes light, moist, and true to their flavour. Everything you see here is 100% egg-free. I specialize in Italian-style Tiramisu, creamy cheesecakes that set naturally without gelatin, and fudgy brownie slabs that are perfect for gifting or sharing. If you are celebrating a birthday, I create custom designs that are minimalist and elegant, focusing on the quality of the sponge and the cream rather than complex structures. I operate out of Hiranandani Estate, Thane, and deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Because I handle everything from the scratch-mixing of the batter to the final dusting of cocoa, I can only take a limited number of orders each day. It is the only way I know how to maintain the standard I set for my kitchen.
