Since I rely on fresh whipped cream instead of heavy fondant, these cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature for about 30 minutes after taking them out of the fridge to get that perfect, creamy texture 🫶 My process starts with fresh, quality ingredients. There are no artificial fillers, no premixes, and no fondant here. Whether you are looking for a playful theme, a sophisticated milestone birthday design, or a pastel baby shower centrepiece, I work with you to create something that matches your celebration vibe ✨ I specialize in whipped cream frosting because it is lighter and lets the flavour of the cake shine. My signature bakes include Chocolate Mousse, Vanilla Blueberry, and Mocha Orange. Because every cake is handcrafted from scratch, I recommend booking at least a few days in advance, especially for weekend dates. Delivery is available across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area and Thane. For delicate designs, self-pickup from my kitchen in Hiranandani Estate is often the safest bet. When you order, let me know if you have a specific theme in mind, like a road trip, a favourite hobby, or a colour palette. I love translating those ideas into tasty reality 💛 ## About Asti's Bon Appétit Hi, I am Asti.
