Knowing it came from the support of my clients in Thane and Mumbai. I don't use premixes or shortcuts because I want every cake, whether it's a birthday sponge or a simple brownie slab, to feel homemade. If you’ve ever wondered why I’m so strict about using fresh, real ingredients, this recognition is the proof that 'simple and real' truly matters to you too. 🤍 Moving to a new city in 2022 was daunting. Not knowing anyone, I just focused on what I knew best: baking simple, egg-free, whipped cream cakes from scratch. 🫶 It wasn't about trends or complex fondant structures—it was about getting the flavours right. When I got the call that I was a runner-up for the Kids Stop Press 'Best Homebaker' award, it hit me that I wasn't just baking alone in my kitchen anymore. I had found a community here. ✨ ### Why my baking style resonates I don't believe in artificial flavours or readymade fillings. My signature tiramisu, fresh fruit cheesecakes, and fudgy coverture brownies are made to order because quality cannot be rushed. Whether you are looking for a birthday cake that actually tastes like a celebration or just craving a little comfort in a bento box, I put the same care into every batch. ### The 'Asti' standard * **Freshness First:** Everything is made-to-order. No heavy storage or sitting inventory. * **Egg-Free Focus:** Whether it's my Mocha Orange or Lemon Blueberry creations, everything is completely egg-free. * **Transparency:** No hidden shortcuts. Just real butter, fresh fruits, and coverture chocolate. This journey has been about proving that 'homemade' is the ultimate luxury. Thank you for making me a part of your celebrations in Thane and across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Let's keep making life a little sweeter, together. 💛 ## About Asti's Bon Appétit I'm Asti, and I'm just a home baker trying to make sure your special days taste as good as they look.
