Instead, I use my signature light whipped cream base and hand-place 2D and 3D accents—like character cutouts and edible details—so every slice is as delicious and airy as it looks. You get the fun design you want without the sugary, chewy texture of standard fondant-heavy cakes. Designing a birthday cake for a child is a joy, but I know parents often face a dilemma. You want a cake that looks magical with their favorite characters, but you also want a cake they can actually enjoy eating. That is why I specialize in whipped cream theme cakes rather than heavy fondant structures. My process focuses on using high-quality prints and handcrafted, edible-safe cutouts to bring themes like jungle safaris, superhero adventures, or princess tales to life. Because I use light whipped cream, the cake remains airy and fresh, not overly sweet. Everything is 100% egg-free, baked from scratch using real ingredients. I never use premixes or artificial flavorings. If you are looking for something specific for a celebration in Thane or Mumbai, let's chat. Whether it is a small, intimate gathering or a larger party, I can help you plan the flavors and the design. Since I keep my order list limited to ensure top quality, it is always a good idea to reach out early. I love working with parents to make sure the cake becomes a real highlight of the day. ## About Asti's Bon Appétit I am Asti, and there is nothing like the excitement of baking for a little one's birthday.
